The staff were excellant during 4 nights we stayed there. Room had a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. Greatly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Elm Street Cask & Kitchen, it was good

The hotel itself is contemporary, we enjoyed location and staff. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Being a short walk to Ciao Bella was nice, we had dinner there. This venue is equal to 4 stars.
